I really like how Neos Wiseman is a combination of almost all of Jaden's most meaningful cards. Its fusion materials are Neos and Yubel, it was summoned using Super Poly, the cost discarded to activate Super Poly is Winged Kuriboh, and its effect is similar to Flame Wingman.

Jaden really had such a screwed-up life despite being the protagonist most people associate with being annoyingly optimistic. Like, Yubel literally made his friends go comatose when he was a kid and then proceeded to have nightmares of Yubel screaming in agony and begging him to help because he sent Yubel into space, forcing his parents to get a medical procedure done to suppress his memories.

Favorite card in the list is Super Polymerization. The beautiful thing about the card is that it aged like wine with it being underwhelming and somewhat laughable in the beginning when it first came in TCG and made people doubt it would be as strong as the anime. As the game change and more people special summoned difficult boss monster, Super Polymerization became pretty useful in countering them and became the definition of game changing with your opponent unable to counter it. A card that was once mocked, but it become better overtime and actually live up to the anime which is a combination that feels extremely rare considering most case cards like the Egyptian Gods even with supports get power creep over time.

judai/jaden is the chad, the only protagonist that doesn't have dragon type in his deck, the dude eats simple yet still happy about it, his supreme king armor is so edgy that he turns into emo judai/jaden, he got fusion to be interesting, he's got the positivity of a duelist should when lost, he duel yugi without uria a.k.a slifer counterpart and though the duel is inconclusive it's still the best still image of neos charging slifer the executive producer, last but it's the best reason is that he got a yandere named yubel that's faithful to him even from his previous life as supreme king

Jaden is my favorite character in all of fiction. I love him as a character and his Elemental Heroes are the main deck I use because i thought they were so cool. For years his ace monster Elemental Hero Neos was although my favorite boss next to Dark Magician, it was honestly the worst boss monster in terms of the protagonists, but throughout the years, Neos went through some training and got some new cards to add to his arsenal. Neos isn't a joke anymore. Now with only 2 cards arguably 3 cards, he's apart of the main Hero strategy now.

I really wish Konami will retrain to classic heroes that give hero protection against hand trap and destruction effect. Sparkman can banish itself from graveyard to prevent hero monsters from being destroyed (raigeki), clayman can banish itself to negate special summon from hand ( nirburu), burstitrix can banish to negate effect of fire attribute (ash), bubbleman can special summon itself from graveyard if control no monster and if no card in hand can draw two, avian can protect backrow, wildhard can make fusion monster unaffect by trap cards and negate trap one per turn if use as fusion material, bladdage can peirce attack all monsters if use as material.

You know, considering how part of Jaden's arc is "accept his flaws and evil parts (including Yubel)", I am surprised we haven't gotten things like "Neo-Spacian HERO" monsters, or "Evil HERO" monsters that are like a fusion of Jaden's monsters and Yubel's. Or an attempt at "modernize" the Chrysalis/Cocoon cards, so they are viable in a Neo-Spacian Deck (I don't know, make a card that was the equivalent of "pre-preparation of rites" for the deck (that let you set a "Neo-Space" from Deck or GY to the field, and if you did, you could add a "chrysalis" monster, or if you already had a neo-space on the field, let you add a "cocoon" card), Or a card that let you banish a Chrysalis from Hand or GY to protect your field from being destroyed, or as an omni-negate)

I'm glad the Cocoon/NEX fusions weren't implemented into future support because Neo-Spacians were bit of a mess of an archetype (and waste of Deck space). Just imagine something like Crystal Beasts get Cocoon cards of their own.

@@Zer0effort bubble blaster in the context of anime is not bad. I based my list on thing like Story important, iconic and how the card is. Bubbleman just fill all of it. It's important cause Jaden keep using him from season 1-4. It's iconic for the previous reason as well. And it's arguably the best E-Hero card with the anime effect. I would argue the card would straight up be banned IRL if it has its anime effect.

Ît also is not proper german... In this day anad age, you should've had someone or some program to help translate it properly. "Der ewig liebende WÄchter" would be more appropriate. Somebody just ran each word through a translator... Btw. the german name fort he card is "Yubel - Der liebende Beschützer für alle Zeit", "Yubel - the loving Guardian for all etenity"

To this date, Yubel might be one of my favourite antagonists in the Yugioh anime. I'm not exactly sure why, but maybe because of how personal Yubel's grudge was towards Jaden at first and then how they eventually became one of Jaden's closest partners was very heartwarming.

Super polymerization is a key part of my danger darkworld deck as i dont mind discarding cards as i always end up in neutral or even plus advantage. Its a disruptor and with mostly synchro or xyz monsters i always keep a muddragon or one or two predaplant monsters as my only field spell is lair of darkness. So often times id fuse their boss monsters while having hard to get rid of hitters like red eyes flare metal dragon or the blackluster link 3 monster to deal damage both which cant be destroyed or targeted by card effects so adding starving venom or predaplant triumphant(i forget its name but 3 dark monsters to fuse) which has an extra deck negate once per turn. It works well in master duel and is almost as consistent as my cyber dragons i took to regionals

I don’t think it’s a coincidence how similar Flame Wingman looks to Yubel, as I imagine Wingman might’ve subconsciously reminded Jaden about Yubel since he was forced to forget they existed after being seperated

Considering Yubel has male and female atrributes to them, Flame Wingmans fusion materials being Avian and Burstinatrix could have been another reason Jaiden was his favorite card prior to Neos

Fun fact for polymerization; Tearlaments actually make it stronger than super poly. Use 2+ relevant monsters including Tearlaments monsters and you can get 3 fusion summons from a single card. Fusion summon Kitkallos for example and the 2 Tearlaments fusion materials will trigger an effect in the gy that has the same preceding line of text as Shaddoll monsters, allowing you to fusion summon up to twice more depending on the state of your hand or Gy.

Could be "the eternally lovely guardian" or "guardian of eternal love" but either way the pronoun is wrong and if it's supposed to have the former translation then it's frankly a bit cringe, however the second one is more far fetched because it'd have an entirely different sentence structure.

Winged kuriboh effect is if it's destroyed while on the field and sent to the grave...face up. This means if it is destroyed by card effects, you still get the effect to 0 battle damage. And it's an if so that too.
