Josh Levy stated that he reserves the right to pull this trial and try the case in Federal Court if he doesn’t like what kind of conduct is being brought forth. Others said Colin essentially there but not when John was. He was there. No one actually saw Colin leave. I think after the deed he slipped outside and walked to the school and got picked up
