@brerrabbit96684 ай бұрын
She should be charged with perjury because she's a hostile witness? Or her being a hostile witness is evidence of her committing perjury? Do you think that everyone that's declared a hostile witness is guilty of perjury? But she wasn't declared a hostile witness. Why was that? Oh... It's because you can only have people declared a hostile witness if the side that called the witness to testify have opposing interests in the trial and those attorneys can't get her to actually answer questions through their direct questioning which is what is required of the attorneys that called that witness. But what does it mean when the judge grants the right to treat the witness as hostile? It means they can abandon direct questioning and start using leading questions like you could if you were cross examining her but the opposing side can't object under leading questioning grounds. That's it. He's already cross examining her. Which means the courts presume the witness to be hostile to the interests of the defense because the prosecution are the ones that called her. Which means your proclamation of her being hostile is silly and pedantic

Had babbling K Roberts told me to shut up, I'm not helping the situation... I would have told her off seeing my man laying there, unconscious. This is becoming clearer and clearer. None of those broads were tripping out, they instead were cool, calm, and collected. Karen Read was literally reacting hysterically as any human who genuinely loves and cares. Set Karen free and lock these people up. The clothing, the body injuries on John all point to a struggle with another man or a couple of people. And, don't even get me started that in 2024, there are NO security exterior cameras anywhere, including neighbors? Oh hell nawh.

I mean you have a guy dead on your front lawn and you don't feel the need to be out there. Did they claim to be asleep the whole time ?
