The Bourbon Renewal is what got me introduced to bourbon and inspired me to branch out into the world of bourbon (neeeeeever been a whiskey fan before) and now I can't get enough of the bourbon cocktails. I even found a brand of bourbon that I can sip neat. Beautiful drink. And if you add some Allspice Dram and a little lime juice you have a mix of a Bourbon Renewal and a Lion's Tail and holy Moses is THAT a great drink... 👌🥃

The avocado seed is encased in a hard shell and comprises 13-18% of the size of the whole fruit. Information about its composition is limited, but it does contain a good range of fatty acids, dietary fiber, carbs and a small amount of protein. The seed is also considered to be a rich source of phytochemicals, including substances that plants produce to protect themselves. While some of the phytochemicals in an avocado seed may have antioxidant potential, others may not offer any health benefits The carbs in an avocado seed consist mainly of starch, with its dry weight being nearly 75% starch. Starch is made up of a long chain of sugars, and researchers have begun to investigate its potential use in food products

This shake and dump just looks super awful and almost disgusting. I don't want all this destroyed mess in my glas.. edit: and as far as I know the Smashes have their name from the 'proper' technique of creation: put the stuff in the tin, muddle it a little bit, put some big pieces of ice into it and give it a 'hard shake' which is a shaking technique that moves the shaker vertical instead of horizontal. That gives the ice much more impact and that really smashes the flavours out of the lemon and mint.
