I remember a Christmas video you had when your kids were littles and you commented that the tree was not a perfectly decorated one because they had their fun and put on the decorations as kids do. Watching you and your oldest now create a more perfect tree makes me nostalgic. As my kids are teenagers now too and all the magic of having littles as the holiday time is being replaced now with different memories. Still good but just different. I LOVE this cottage home tour! It's the best I've seen all season. You guys share all the parts of a typical family and a typical Christmas season with the beautiful pretty parts and the parts that aren't picture perfect. But I actually find those messier parts beautiful as well. They are a real part of what makes up a family and their everday life. It's so refreshing to see that in a creators online content.
