You both make me smile! I love the banter that the 2 of you share. I started watching when you were working on Clementine. I was going through a divorce at that time. Then when you shared about the death of a parent, I just sat with tears rolling down my face. My father had just died in December 2022. I am around the same age as your parents. Keep having fun! I may see you on the road. I am starting a full-time adventure on my own. Love you both!❤

I love that you covered your trip to Lone Pine, Bishop and the Bristlecone Pine, and the areas near Bridgeport because that is an area of California that not many people even know about. Every October they have the Lone Pine Film Festival, which is a must go to at least once on your bucket list. I was born in Bishop and my dad was Postmaster & we did our skiing in Mammoth. I consider it one of the most beautiful parts of California other than the Big Sur ocean area. Well done episode!👏👏👏

I've lived in California all my life (76yrs.) and have only been on a small portion of this road although it's been an ambition of mine. This video has inspired me to "hit the road" and see the backside of the Sierras. I've seen many places in California but for some reason haven't really done this section. Time to make plans. Heading to Rocky Mountain National Park in a few weeks so this might be something to do after we return. Keep up the good work!

@@davidday2373 Not for us Brits. The whole idea of a lake in the middle of a desert was pretty amazing. And one that had undrinkable water too. Even more wild. Again, it would be great if you would please respond to this question!!! Other viewers and I have asked this question several times, but we still have never received an answer from you. What was the arrangement that you have/had when you got the Black Series trailer? Did you purchase it, or is/was it a loaner from a dealer or the manufacturer? I have this question because you made a number of renovations to the unit that would not have likely been done if you didn't own it or had otherwise gotten permission from the owner. Thank you!
