She didn’t disrespect them, but she said it like it is and if you’re willing to accept hearing it, that’s the type of constructive criticism that will help you grow tremendously. I know a few people in the comments feel as though she did not have to mention the past work experience, but hear me out coach prime always talks about building character, she just showed you two young adults who were first given an opportunity and probable didn’t work as hard as they should probably and didn’t take it seriously because they probably where never challenged to the standards like the standards coach set for his staff.. and they lost their jobs because of it but through hard work they were given another chance and then they were heavily rewarded it not a bad thing to talk about one’s struggles especially if their was a reward at the end lol. This is the type of story they should be speaking about and clubs and to “troubled you”. Because it should just because you’ve made mistakes gotten in trouble doesn’t mean that you have to stay there through hard work you can achieve success. Don’t give any hate to Lauren you can clearly see she cares about those girls or else she would have told coach those are two she wanted to bring with her.. y’all are too sensitive..

I love the transparency! I truly believe we live in a microwave society where people want everything now without putting in the work. I'm glad she put them out there, because Coach prime would've done the same thing. People today need to know that a lack of work ethic gets you nowhere in life. I'm 40yrs young but I'm old school. I've worked my ass off, blood, sweat and tears for every single darn thing. And I expect the young men and women coming up behind me to have the same mentality. No handouts, no freebees! Just work and consistency!
