If they aren’t starters there’s a good chance no other school will pick them up and once you jump into the portal you can’t necessarily jump out. Winning in sports IS about numbers, its about who has the highest score at the end of the game, and in this game, Jackson State lost. They lost because they were not focused, they were not focused because of ALL the off-field distractions the players had to deal with. Deion Sanders should have waited until after the season was complete to announce he was moving on to another school. The entire past two weeks have been all about Deion, and not much was said about the team and its preparation for this game.

I have so enjoyed following JSU and the Sanders family. Such an inspiration. I will continue to follow JSU and the Sanders. I am an HBCU grad. Old school Class of 76. This is one of the greatest things I've watch in awhile, so emotional, so insightful.
