Hi there. What beautifully clear explanations and video, good job, and thank you. Can I ask what hoops you recommend for getting into splitting? Or what you used and what you liked about them? I like working with 5/8 32 inch polypro at the moment but they don't seem to be very helpful for learning new splits. I'm finding it really difficult to get a split with knees included. Should i get hold of some Witzig 36" do you think? or just get some pex pipe and tape it up for a bit of weight? Would really love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

what weight and size do your recommend for these types of moves. Mine feels a little heavy, but that could also just be because I am just starting this out

I'm using a 34" 5/8th tubing polypro in this video. I really enjoy doing off body isolation work with 34"-36" 3/4 polypro hoops as well. I learned my first iso moves on a 36" 3/4. Now I train multiples and split body hooping with 32" 5/8ths hoops. But play around with a number of sized hoops, maybe at a hoop jam, to find the size that feels the best for doing both iso off body work and on body hooping.
