Dude! hold your horses! You suck at chest hooping because you've only been hooping for 2 weeks!!!! for the love of god April! Chest hooping isn't really a trick that you can teach yourself in an hour. It takes weeks, month and sometimes years to get shoulder hooping down. a little thing we like to call "flight time". check out some other tutorials out there and just work at it and be patient with yourself. I would work on the dance aspect of your hooping before working on more tricks. :)

I learned everything from years of trial and error and lots of f-ing up! I started hooping in 2003. and there is way more out there than i can do, there is no end to it so go easy on your self. Besides, gettin down with simple moves always trumps robot tricks.

Anna what size hoop do you use? I'm 5'1 & play with all different weights and sizes, but for isolations practices I like to use 33"-35" polypro... I use my 35"-36" the most for on body. I also have some 38"-40" that I sometimes use when trying to learn new on body tricks since they travel slower giving more time for you to react. Basically smaller for iso's, but not too small that you can't hoop with (unless your advanced) hope that helps

Hello! I just learn how to do the regular hoop isolation but I still don't know what kind of hoops are better for this trick, my hoop is a toy water hoop that my boyfriend got for me as a gift when I just started (2 months ago) and that's what I'd been using, it works well for some tricks but when doing isolations it tends to fall to the side and I think it is too slow for chest hooping. Would you tell me which kind of hoop works with most or all of the tricks you do? Thanks! :)

I NEED A CHEST HOOPING TUTORIAL!!! PLEASE!!!! LOL Sorry didn't mean to yell. HAHAA You are awesome. If it wasn't for you I'd drive myself crazy trying to figure some of these moves out. I'm totally new, and have only been taking a bash at this for 2 weeks now. I'm getting the hang of everything I've tried and practicing is more like play but when it comes to chest hooping I SUCK!!! Do you have a tutorial for that or can you PLLLEEEEAAASE make one? Your teaching style is the bomb.

Awesome video! What an awesome place to be!! I love your videos. I'm trying to learn more but feel like my homemade hoop is too big and weighs too much. Do you have any suggestions where to get a smaller lighter hoop? -and sizing and possibly collapsible hoop? You're help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

Your mountains are AMAZING!!! Also, I love your tutorials, you make them so fun. Though really, I'm super frustrated with this move. -_-' for some reason isolations just don't want me. I'll be all like, "Okay hoop, it's time to isolate" and my hoop's all like, "nah man, I think I'll knock over this glass of water though." :'(
