Hi my friend…I’m from UK, but you know this already, it’s so cool to see you again. I think you need a camera thing to put on your door downstairs, my son has one, it goes to your mobile to alert you when someone comes to your door. Take a look around Temu, they might have them. Last week a man came up to his front door which alerted my son’s cellphone and woke him , then the guy put his face right up to the camera on the door. I’m so pleased he has that thing on there because his nine year old son could have heard this scumbag trying to get into the house. Love you lots my little alien friend 👽 👽

I’m so pleased you explained about “the bird said No” because in the UK men used to call their girlfriend his bird, which happened mostly in the 60s. It was derogatory to call a woman that, I’m pleased it doesn’t happen nowadays…. But now if the answer is No we tend to say “The computer says No” There used to be a series on TV , it was a funny show, there was an office in a travel agents, and the funny guy would go to book a holiday, so the woman would get on the computer and say “ the computer, it says no”. I guess you had to watch it because we all used to laugh a lot. Sleep 💤 🛌 well my precious friend ❤

Okay so I first got castor oil about a month ago and started using it on my face and hands at night. I felt like it was helping with hydration and smoothness. I had also been having issues with my right knee, which is not unusual, as I have these flare-ups from time to time. And I have had, for many years. However this time it had been lasting for a lot longer and not clearing up as it always had before in the normal course of things, and in fact had gotten so bad that my daughter ordered me a walker because I was hobbling around with such difficulty. 😒 Embarrassing. Anyway, it was suggested to me to put castor oil on it. Actually it was suggested to wrap it with cloth soaked in castor oil and wrapped in Saran Wrap. All I did was just rub castor oil on my knee every night at bedtime. No wrap or anything special. Each day it got better and better. Within a week it was barely hurting. I could not put any weight on that knee prior to using the castor oil and within a week I could walk on it normally. I just could not believe it. I still am in shock. So I am now a firm believer in the benefits of castor oil. Slather that stuff on and let it do its magic. 😊 Sorry to write a book but when you said castor oil I just had to share my story. Love you girl. You’re beautiful so don’t worry about that medicine and any side effects anyway. But def do the castor oil. 😂💜💜💜💜💜

Have you seen the travel pillow where you put your clothes inside of it to make the padding? That lets you get a little more stuff on the plane :-) And you can tell your face is puffy (if it really is) but no one else can tell. I lost a lot of weight and all of the "puff" in my face and I really wish I had some now. It helps smooth out wrinkles 🙂
