Чтобы пожарить одну рыбину, она наливает минимум 5 литров масла. Потом это масло придётся вылить, так как повторно для жарения чего-нибудь другого это масло из-под рыбы использовать будет невозможно из-за рыбного запаха. Возможно в промышленных масштабах, где-нибудь в ресторане, на рынке, в уличной еде, при приготовлении большого количества рыбы, такое использование масла и возможно, но в домашних условиях для одной рыбины это слишком расточительно. Экономные хозяйки вряд ли так будут жарить такую рыбу.
