What are usually some forms of treatment? All I ever get is a basic adjustment, a Swedish massage and a tens unit for a few minutes… no stretching techniques or at home exercises recommendations or anything else. So my results will sometimes be just ok at best. But I don’t have much experience to know if that’s just with this Chiro or if others do offer more and become more personalized
