Carpenter apprentice here, your content is a God-send, thanks so much! I'd love to see a follow up to your "How to become a millionaire" as I'm quite captivated by your idea of building a house, living in it, selling it, and repeating. I'd be curious to know how many times you have done it now, if you are still doing it, or if you have found greater profit off other ventures. Either way, thanks for all the fantastic videos!

From a semi-pro here, a better fix on both repairs is with 20 minute hot mud. First one is slightly more difficult than the second, but both are easy fixes and way less liable to crack or blister with hot mud. Second repair just requires filling hole area with mud and letting it dry for the 20 minutes then taping over the entire seam rather than taping tape over tape or breaking that long seam into 3 or more sections. Can get both repairs done in one day rather than 2 or more days with better results.

Great video. Thank you for sharing. If you don't mind me asking, Which's tape you're using for drywall ? is that paint tape or no ?

I’m using tape that is designed for drywall. It is not painters tape. I hope that helps!

Are you saying that the receptacle is upside down? I've heard arguments for the ground being up just in case something made contact with the hots and arc'ed. Seemed far fetched at the time then just a few days ago I realized that someone slacked on reconnecting the metal plate on my dryer receptacle when, I'll be damned, the plate slipped, landed on the two hots and sparks went everywhere
