I haven’t been to Myrtle Beach in many, many years. My sister and I took our parents there when our girls were between 7-11 years old, so that was ages ago. Our parents loved the trip, especially Mom. Sweet memories…❤️ You guys are building precious memories with those two little grandsons, AND each other. Thanks for sharing another day of your wonderful vacation with us 🏖 Here in Ohio this was our 2nd day of "smoke alerts"caused by the fires in Canada to stay inside because the smoke is that bad...it's so hazy and you can see and even taste the smoke. Even the construction workers working on the highways etc. and anybody who works outside have not worked now for 2 days. Yes that sounds like a vacation day. Enjoy your pizza🍕We have a " Melt" restaurant here in Akron but nut enthused. Now that steak sandwich sounds good. Enjoy God Bless LuvYa! Bye from Ohio

Please tell the pastor that I have horrible knee pain and I take vitamin D3 and it helps so much. I found this out from a nurse that had knee surgery. If I don’t take it I can sure tell the difference.

I do enjoy me some Butter Pecan ice cream about every 4 or 5 years. That’s no joking either. I’m not a big fan of ice cream, never have been, but IF I have any, which is so seldom, it’s got to be butter pecan.

I love NMB. We always stay in Cherry Grove. Our favorite place to eat is Ella's Of Calabash (in Calabash, NC) but there was a fire there recently so I don't think they're open right now. It's not a buffet place but they have a nice selection of delicious seafood, 'make your own combo' plates and reasonable prices. I always get popcorn shrimp and deviled crab with a baked potato. Oh! And they have the most amazing hush puppies and honey butter. I really hope they will be able to open soon. Calabash isn't far from Cherry Grove and we think it's very much worth the short drive to go to Ella's. I am with you on the relaxing at the beach. I love to take my beach chair to the edge of the water and sit and read my book all day. And if I'm not on the beach, I want to be on the oceanfront balcony (with my book) and listening to the waves. That is my favorite place in the world! I like to take one day and go to the outlets and Tomlinson's (very cool store, go there if you haven't been). I don't care much for Barefoot or Broadway.........too many people and stores are too expensive. We usually eat at Ella's a couple of times, get pizza one night and then other affordable places the rest of the time. We do cook breakfast in the condo and just kinda snack for lunch and eat a 'big' supper. I've very much enjoyed watching your family vacation!

My husband talked me into parasailing saying you’re 45 you need an adventure😮 We could only afford for me to go and had a 1:30 appointment (Ocean City NJ 1995) I was sweating it all morning thinking about it. I was # 5 of 6 and after seeing the others go I calmed down. Three days later at work I was telling my co-workers about it. Next day my office mgr. says did you hear on the news there was an entanglement with a parasail and the banner plane but were able to get untangled. 🙄
