The Eucalyptus sounds really interesting. I have always used Biofreeze, especially when I was waiting for my knee replacement. I'm glad Bryant got help so he could continue to enjoy your vacation. Will have to look into Ruby's oil, thanks for sharing! I know he said he made sure to wear quality tennis shoes that day, but if he hasn't tried Brooks tennis shoes, he needs to. I've worn New Balance for YEARS, but tried Brooks this year and there had been an incredible difference in my foot, knee and hip pain. It's past time for another series of knee lubricant injections, but the new brand of shoes has truly helped far beyond what I thought my old one was doing.

When you run out of that blend y'all bought, if you want more but don't want to spend all that money, look up Eucalyptus Radiata at any reputable essential oil company. Personally, I use Jade Bloom. That appeared to be the main ingredient in the blend. I looked up to make sure I was correct and Australian Eucalyptus is the same as Eucalyptus Radiata. It has several uses. The scent can help with mental fatigue and help calm "overexcited" nerves. Topically it helps with aches and pains in muscles and joints. It also is supposed to help with the comfort with insect bites. It's recommended to mix with a carrier oil. If it helps enough that's something you might want to check into.

Leslie, tell Bryant that when he gets up from sitting to make sure to bring his knees in front of him before he gets up and get up that way. It has made a life-changing difference in my knees. Do not whatever you do do not get up with your knees to your side kind of bending outwards. That is the worst thing for anyone's knees. Please let me know if it works.

Believe it or not, Auntie Anne, the real one, the original owner and inventor went to my church and was related to our pastor in Lancaster Pennsylvania. I’ve eaten a lot of her pretzels and always with mustard. Love your video. Great vacation.

Miss Leslie, I use Biofreeze, too. It helps my joints and especially my neck. My arthritis is bad and the Biofreeze keeps the headaches at bay. I use it on my shoulders, my knees, any joint that aches and it REALLY helps. Enjoy your vacation and try to take some time to just do nothing but REST!!

Leslie, 15 months ago I went to an orthopedic doctor about chronic knee pain. The right one was worse than the left. They injected my knee with collagen. The doctor said it helps some people for a few months, some for 6 months. I am still pain free after 15 months.

You can always look up the menu online once you choose a place to eat. That way you can check the prices. If I were you guys since you haven’t been in the sun prior to going to the beach I would use sunscreen very often while in the sun. Us ladies are supposed to use a sunscreen on our face daily. Most of the time our base makeup has a sunscreen. A bad sunburn can ruin a vacation . Ok Pastor, it may be time to let the doctor take a look at that knee.

Glad Bryant got some relief from his knee pain....has he tried aspercreme? It will give him temporary relief and it has no odor. Just a thought. That breakfast looked amazing but yeah, that is really pricy. That's the downside to Myrtle Beach....everything is pricy but it's so much fun being there. I really miss it. Hubby and I even talked about a 3 day weekend trip....We'll have to wait and see on that. That seafood looked good but I do not do seafood....lol. Glad y'all enjoyed it though. I have had knee pain since I've been in my forties. Half a tsp of nutritional yeast kills that pain. It tastes cheesy and yeasty. Consuming bone broth or a collagen supplement may help with lost lubrication. Losing weight can help lesson the pressure on joints.

Ohhhh I want to go to that fish shop! We love fresh seafood. It all looked so good! We do seafood boils all the time. We love snow crab!!! 4 clusters wouldn’t even be close to what my hubby & I can eat 😂😂😂😂 when I do my boil it do shrimp, potatoes, kielbasa, corn on the cob(break the ears in half), small red potatoes and the star of the show snow crab legs. Thanks for the great video! I love shrimp and crab legs but have never attempted to cook them because I just didn’t know how to do it. You both explained so clearly! I’m going to buy some fresh seafood soon. Have you ever been to Hamricks in South Myrtle Beach (near Surfside Beach?) I go there once a month because their deals are amazing! (We are an hour & half away from Myrtle Beach.) Have you heard of Crazy Mason Ice Cream Bar? It's in Myrtle Beach. They are suppose to have the most amazing ice cream creations served in a mason jar. We actually just got one near our town. Yes, I'll leave it out on the counter. We drink it so fast it doesn't go bad, plus Bryant does not like it cooling down his coffee. So if it's only counter it room temperature, it doesn't cool, the coffee is quickly.

Absolutely love crab, but keep the Old Bay. Zatraine is the best for all seafood. We just came back from vacation and the restaurant prices were out of sight. The trip up and back we took back roads and found some really good, cheap, and excellent quality food.

Hey leslie... got to try this, I'm That beautiful shrimp , Sometimes I put it on the bar but you if I have a proper tin foil Pam. It's great. Then I toast hot dog bunsand garlic butter them up and make a gorgeous caesar salad And some of us put the Caesar salad in the bun with shrimp in the bun. It is so delicious it's kind of our Canada' day go to dinner
