I can’t lie, I used better help 6 years ago and they were not great, but they did give me a full refund on request without any questions so I think scam is harsh. They also directed me to a therapist who I could see on health insurance, which I didn’t even know was possible, who led me on to an inpatient treatment centre, also on health insurance, and ultimately it turned my life around. I went from being on section after multiple suicide attempts and in and out of police cells at 18-20, to returning to college, and ended up getting a 1st in Psychology BSc. Although they didn’t help me much in some ways, ultimately they did set me on the path I am now on which I never thought was possible.
