I’m a male and I regularly use the comfort concealment black out belt, under scrubs or gym/cotton shorts. I carry a 4” 15 round (g19) size gun in it no problem. Its not great for running and gunning or constant holstering/unholstering, but it’s perfect for comfortably and securely having an accessible firearm with you

Use a Desantis Sof-Tuk. I’ve carried a PPS for 10 years with it, 5 of which I had to wear a tucked in polo shirt for work.

I use my tier 1 concealment with a neomag alias belt mount and love it. It's concealable and sturdy.

Phlster enigma is the best... Hands down... Can wear it naked. That's what i call fashion. I own one, but am moving over to light bearing cuz i just bought streamlight tlr-7 hl-x. Also, add levo designs papoose for extra comfort.

Go prison wallet carry... even works with skinny jeans. I wear loose clothes, and still carry this way. The draw is fast, but the re-holster is faster.
