After watching the last bit of Anupama's interview, I understood how this star culture was created. The way she forced everyone to say good words about Deepika was just amazing. Well, I don't deny the fact that Deepika is an intellectual and beautiful actor, but when a person is working in a movie where others are protagonists as well, then I think this should not be done. I mean Siddhant and Dhairya were literally forced to speak something 😂😂

It’s always good that director or any technician is given more importance in such movie panels. They are the ones who have the best overview of the movie & work involved out of all. Something everyone needs to appreciate, also this panel just had questions about the actors professional work, instead of always just exaggerating the actors personal life which is irrelevant to audience actually. Appreciate Deepika be some one who is breaking barriers with taking up such real life stories & not being stereotyped as a married woman. Even Kareena Kapoor was some one who actually did a different project like Ki & Ka. Appreciate these strong women.

None of the a-list actors are willing to be stripped to their extreme vulnerability and act in earthen, rustic roles with zero vanity. In the recent years, perhaps Hrithik with his role in super 30 or Vicky Kaushal, but other than that, all just look too vain and act in superficial roles. Bollywood overhypes stuff to survive. It is too painful to see the hype over nothing in 95% of the stuff Bollywood throws at us. (Just shut up is my mind voice with the 95% of movies)

If you are good actors, you can enact on the DAY of the scene. You are not going to film Mughal-E-Aazam or Pakeezah.. Secondly, you can see the complete AWKWARDNESS of Siddhant Chaturvedi while Ms.Perfect Answers all questions with such rehearsed poise and grace. This is the most underwhelming comment in the whole section. Every actor has their own process. One might be spontaneous, one might need prep. We have stalwarts for both sides . Now coming to the Goa prep part, DP initiated that for the whole cast, for Ananya, for Dhairya for everyone. Im not at all a hardcore DP maniac, but still felt it nice to know that she had made that. And the reason Shakun appreciated that is because major stars dont say yes so openly to workshops or prep time with other actors. Please just dont pass negativity everywhere. Please chill. Reading articles, reading stories, insider sources, trade articles, box office journals.. you name it and I have researched it all. And I barely ever comment or tweet like BOTS do, but if I have something to say, it’s not coming out of just anywhere. I have years of research to back it up. Secondly, I cannot agree more with you on prep and spontaneity of actors. Absolute kudos for the prep and workshop- but that could’ve been done in Mumbai also. You are really not reading between the lines of the interview. I won’t blame you for that as you’re not aware of the insider information.And as I said, they were not shooting for Mughal-e-Azam or a matter of the fact DP’s own film Padmaavat. That film took workshops, prep and over 200 shooting days. So makes complete sense. Coming back to this film, I only saw them kissing smooching making out etc etc in the trailer. I am extremely sure it will be a nuanced film with nuanced performances as I am a Shakun Batra fan right from his first film Ek Main Aur Ek Tu. But what I’ve seen of this film so far, it’s only soft Porn. Which did not need any prep. So you PLEASE CHILL and maybe START READING BETWEEN THE LINES in interviews and not get influenced by their stardom, as at the end of the day- they are all ACTORS. And they are only ACTING. In real life and in reel life.
