Does free speech exist?
According to Cardozo Law Professor Stanley Fish, it does not.

Stanley fish is awesome

He spent half the time insulting the interviewer for presenting an opposing view. He said that students are stupid because they waste time "listening to podcasts like his." Which is strange because this is an intellectual podcast, it just presents a different view than his own. I find it hard to believe that by "harmful speech," Fish really means "speech I don't agree with."
