Absolutely! 100% , I like to see lots of variety in dance styles (decent, good, bad, ugly, killing it, down right "get out of here and don't come back"..no though, for real, stay, I wouldn't say that to anyone! Zip - I was dx with a collagen disorder. Doctors have recommended to Not do yoga as this tends to be more damage to our bodies. We’re suppose to have an type of exercise mainly with no weights, no stretching, and is low impact
