I have one question before I purchase, how did you get the cabling down the drivers side rear without removing the side cover or your drawers. It's clearly possible as you did it or was that part edited out? Thanks

Hello you tuber , I would like to install this similar type of system to our Renault Grand Scenic MK3 . I have been told that I would need to change the automatic Gearbox as part of the safety feature to prevent the car being put into drive gear whilst the tailgate is open. Have you done anything like this on this make and model of car ? Appreciate any advice and guidance you might be able to give. Great video and very informative.

Hi I installed this in my Toyota CHR, it works fine but whilst I am driving the tailgate suddenly starts beeping and it opens to quarter position, then i have to turn off by pressing switch. Any advise would be most helpful.
