i honestly felt this way for my whole life. dealing with headaches, nausea, back pain, digestive issues, tinnitus, hair loss, fatigue, skin rashes, etc and a lady who is into holistic living told me to get off all gluten and dairy for at least 6 weeks. i have never felt better. all my negative symptoms disappeared! i have messed up a few times with dairy (not knowing its in certain spice blends) and gotten very sick minutes afterwards. i highly recommend doing this diet change for anyone to reset the gut and heal it.

Just a suggestion: get the HVAC SYSTEM CLEANED PROFESSIONALLY. Also, put your hvac filters on a changing routine,Air purifiers and vacuum filters as well. Check the humidity percentage in the house and use a dehumidifier accordingly. (Check local indoor humidity ideal percentage). Wash your bedding once a week and groom your pets regularly. Vacuum daily. All these things help your body function normal!! Dehumidifier holds back mold spores. The rest helps your oxygen help you!! And obviously, pay attention to EVERYONES water in take and electrolytes. ;) ❤ I’ve been in your spot.. still have set backs and I know my routines substantially helped my situation. Blessings!!

I have an auto immune disease also. I feel sick all the time. I'm always fatigued. Just take things slowly. I'm sure most of your energy is taking care of your children.

I have had RA since I was 8. You have to find a balance. I can't eat salty foods or I will feel horrible! Good luck ❤

Excuse me Ma’am but I just watched your birth video and subscribed immediately BECAUSE you are amazing. I’m pretty sure that you are the most level headed, get it done, hold my beer person I’ve ever seen, Don’t ever doubt yourself. I have three including a set of twins and I thought I was tough AF. When you don’t feel good we second guess ourselves. Just know that if you are ever in doubt, give yourself the benefit of understanding you are in no place at that moment to judge yourself so give yourself a break… literally.

I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in August. I’m 38. My hands hurt 24/7 and I can’t grip anything well. My feet also hurt, so I can’t do long walk etc. it just really sucks a lot.

I used to live at Atlantic/Neptune Beach! Miss it so much! Thank you for showing. Make sure to check out Whit's Frozen Custard and Poe's Tavern. Metro Diner is a few miles south of there, but definitely worth a visit for brunch. I haven't been there in 5 years, but I hope they are still open.

One thing you will find in FL is you need summer and winter clothes in winter months. This morning started off in upper 30s here and was 71 by afternoon

Not that it helps except to exchange info, but yes, auto immune does run in families and you can have more than one type. My mom had RA and figured out Vasculitis as well based on words the doctor used to describe it back then. He said she was allergic to her own veins. That was in the late 70's. She really struggled. My sister had RA and my one brother has it. I always remember when he was first diagnosed, he said that he had no idea how hard it was for my sister and didn't know the pain she was in and took nothing more than Ibprophen. I always thought she was trying to avoid narcotics and then realized she was trying to avoid the cost of the newer drugs. I feel quite horrible that I didn't understand more of her thoughts on it because the Ibprophen caused the stomach bleed that likely took her life. I also have a brother with Chron's disease. I hope you are able to solve your issue with the new drugs. My brother's RA is mostly under control and I'm quite thankful for that.

Too much at one time. Would try to focus on slowly unpacking and not decorating and extra things that can wait
