It literally says on the soft disc “don’t use if you have an IUD” … help!

That’s not the case discs don’t create a suction so you can use it.

So my flexdisc seals/ creates suction. Everything Ive read says this doesn’t happen?!

That’s right a disc doesn’t create suction. I prefer using the nixit disc because it doesn’t have a suction.
