It's crazy because you can tell bronny does not look up to his dad like you would think, he even says 5:30 that "he never thought about playing with his dad" basically clarifying that this is his dad's dream, not his. How do you never think of playing with your dad who is arguably, the best player to ever play the game. I've never heard bronny praise his dads game and work ethic. He doesn't seem to be picking his dads brain about basketball and going over film with him. In all of bronny interviews, he never says his dad inspired him to play - he just says he wants to make a name for himself. He wants dissociation from his father so he has less pressure. He probably never wanted to play basketball, like space jam said. He wants to design & play video games, but felt the pressure to follow in his fathers footsteps. The first time they check in together, bronny doesn't even smile or dap up his father at 7:22 and at one point bronny looks back at the bench and lebron looks like he was about to smile and say something to bronny but then realized bronny wasn't looking at him.

Right. The league is filled to the brim with dudes that have the same size and build as him, except much higher IQ and well-rounded game. He stands no chance. @@ComedyBros5 I would like to see him breakthrough too. And you’re spot on about him being one of dozens of players with his build. And just being way behind them in IQ and skillset. The only thing impressive about him. Is how he has handled the off the court coverage. That kind of attention and microscope would be very difficult to deal with. Especially at 20. Jordan vs. LeBron James... I watched Jordan in his prime, and it's a completely different style of play. Jordan was explosive, he gave as good as he got, whether it was a regular season game or a playoff final. LeBron James? It's about longevity, perseverance, in short, everything that has to do with endurance. After that? It remains a personal point of view, but for me, I'll borrow Kurt Cobain's words: "It's better to burn out than to fade away." :-) No hate, just an opinion, from an old-school fan who will always prefer his idol (thanks to confirmation bias!)."

I liked LeBron James until he started to call himself the king. That’s a big ego. I don’t consider him the king of basketball at all. The is no king in the basketball indeed. His son is probably paying the price of an overconfident parent, same as Lonzo Ball, there is only crumbs of him at this moment

Who started ghe whole woke black live matter movement amongst players? Who gets compared to jordan every single day since winning that cavs chip back in 2016? Who has been the gm of his team since 2014? Who has been voted team captian on all star games 5 straight times? I can go on and on...etc

It’s so common for a relative of someone who played in a particular pro-sports league to at the very least be drafted by a team in the same league. Such examples include, but by no means are limited to, aside from Bronny James: - Tij Iginla (son of famous winger Jarome Iginla), drafted in June at sixth overall by the Utah Hockey Club - Tyler Boucher (son of retired ex-goalie Brian Boucher), drafted 10th during the 2021 NHL Entry Draft by the Ottawa Senators
