My six backyard chickens often get anxious and jump over the fence. When I play this beautiful flute music, they seem more relaxed and so far are less likely to try to escape to their curiosities beyond my property. My biggest French Black Maran named Julia even relaxes and takes short naps when she hears a flutist.🤷♂️❤️

@@flutechannel They are sweet hens and first season laying. I've kept backyard hens for eggs for maybe 12 years as a hobby but never more than six at a time. I've just recently decided to try playing music for them as I've read it can be beneficial. They respond so sweetly to the flute and classical music generally (not Ian Anderson / Jethro Tull that appealed to me more when I was younger..😉) so it's nice for me *and* the chickens to find relaxing melody we can all enjoy outside in the sunny breeze.
