Hi, what can i use instead of fenugreek? Im in New Zealand and i dont have fenugreek here. Also how long does this pickle last? Do i put it in the fridge after 24 hours?

It'll last months if you store it in an airtight container. Try a mason/glass jar with airtight rubber seal.
