I am a Korean living in Shanghai for 7 years, and I tried the sichuan style brain tofu for the first time! It was a sichuan restaurant with authentic chefs, and wow the foods were amazing. The blood and pig intestine in chili oil was so good, and yes I tried the brain. It was so creamy, almost like a monkfish liver. I loved the texture a lot! Those sichuan foods were lovely! I hope I could really move to ChengDu :D

What a lovely couple. They were the perfect winners because they tried everything and were so nice to the stall holders. You could tell that they really appreciated Trevor's expertise. I loved her accent but a few of the locals couldn't understand that they are Indian but live in England. Trevor and Ting you are both so kind taking them and us on a great food tour. After a rather miserable week, I was so looking forward to your Saturday food adventure. Of course, I was not to be disappointed! Mark Wiens, take some notes. Trevor is by far the best food vlogger. He is so genuine and everything seems so organic. 40 minutes felt like 5. I just couldn't stop watching and wished it was longer!
