Actually, I would say there's only 3 maybe 5 people out of 100 in China will try that water beetles. I can tell u they are not that good compared to the lobsters, crab roe... They are special and overall good, but not that worth trying.

So happy to see these videos with a dude who is really passionate about the food he's not just eating, but presenting. He's not just making me hungry, but making me want to go there and try it in the same authentic way. You can't even compare all this "mukbang - i fap to your asmr slurping noises" or "5 minute tutorials on how kids can poisen themselves filmed top down" bullshit to the quality of these videos.
