So I have received a lot of messages on Vitamins and different skin types. Every vitamin is good to take daily and in case of Evion 400: which is rich as an anti oxidant and in Vitamin E. People wanted exact number as per their skin type, so here it is my friends; Dry skin : can take daily l combination skin: 4 days or alternative days| oily skin : once in week as an anti oxidant | Extreme oily and greasy skin : if They have a lot of acne and one of the major reasons is excess oil production: They can take 1 tab in 10-15 days as just an anti oxidant | Note: If you have been taking Evion 400 from a long duration then you can take a gap for 15 days and then start again.
