How are the nuts supposed to be on the first step my are not tightening st all

The long screw on my Garden Cart was too short to include pulling down the center support bar. I had to go buy a 8" bolt that was long enough to include screwing down the center support bar. That was a hassle.

@@SunnydazeDecor The problem is solved now, so no need to speak with CS. However, I suggest supply customers with an 8" bolt in the box.
