This is really synchronistic :-) I've been digging back into some inner child work that I've been avoiding. Do your shadow work readings also deal with the inner child or do you have other readings that focus on that specifically? I would love to hear any recommendations you have about working with and healing the wounded inner child and integrating that healed child back into your life. A lot of that work deals with toxic shame, etc.. (I've been re-reading Bradshaw's stuff on inner child. I didn't really get all that when it first came out years ago.)

Love your channel. Not sure if you are familiar with Faster EFT (based on NLP/EFT/Hypnosis). Lots integration of family of origin issues very quickly. Check out this one...Lady is full of anger toward spouse, which is really her identification with her father and avoidance of being like her mothers....think you will like it. 398 I am angered at my spouse and I justified in my anger.

Yes my reaction when angry at others who totally deserved it but it made me appear bad...people blaming me when I did nothing...I finally realized it was my reaction that cause big problem...also that I should stay away from the people who cause me that...also...sometimes you can't tho...so REACT SMARTER...LOL
