Hey 👋🏼 thanks for all your videos, you have truly improved my cooking 🥘 lol I am 45 years old and a mother of seven Born in Manhattan New York, but raised in the Bronx. I was taught by my grandparents that were from Bayamón, Puerto Rico how to cook and my parents also taught me other dishes, so I have been cooking since the age of 11. Ever since I ran into your KZbin videos and I’ve been following your recipes to the T 😁 my husband and kids (even though 3 of them are now adults) have started to praise my cooking again because their saying they can tell that I’ve been experimenting with different seasonings and they ask me everyday what am I going to cook today. I want to let you know that the Lord has blessed you with an amazing gift, and thank you for sharing with the world your gift. May the Lord continue to guide and bless you for the rest of your life. I love the attention that I am getting from my family because of your videos. Thank you so very much. You have truly inspired me to wanna learn outside of my comfort box because the seasonings and the way of cooking that my family had taught me are totally different but similar too but just with a twist of you. I really love having you in the kitchen with me while I’m cooking. God bless you and keep on sharing. Love you and your partner 🌹❤️‍🔥 you two make an awesome team And may God bless you both and your union forever more.

Saby Soto What is Bijol? Possibly you have seen those expert-looking gourmets at the supermarket as they shop for their condiments, and you’ve noticed how the most knowledgeable of these individuals all go for the little cans of BIJOL. What is BIJOL, you’ve wondered? Founded in 1922 in Cuba, BIJOL is among the leading companies producing the best and most popular brands of condiments, spices and seasonings used in gourmet cuisine worldwide. The founder of BIJOL, Rafael Martinez, carefully crafted the ingenious formula for BIJOL’s number one product, the BIJOL CONDIMENT. This condiment is widely used in Latin America, the Caribbean and the Philippines. The BIJOL CONDIMENT is made from a mixture of corn flour, annatto, ground cumin, and color. This condiment was introduced in the United States and the Caribbean in 1942. The Bijol Condiment and Spices Company began operations in Miami, Florida in 1962. In addition to the well-known BIJOL CONDIMENT, the Bijol Company also has a wide variety of spices and seasonings, including among others the well renowned COMPLETE SEASONING and COMPLETE SEASONING WITH BIJOL containing no MSG, with all natural ingredients and low in sodium. There’s a lot for consumers to choose from- something for every taste! So the next time you’re looking for condiments and spices to stock your shelves with that little “something extra” that spices up people’s favorite dishes- try BIJOL products! You’ll see why BIJOL has become the favorite among those with the culinary know-how, and you’ll discover how BIJOL products will become a favorite among your clientele. BIJOL can provide that extra special flavor that only the right condiments and spices can deliver. Don’t be surprised if customers tell you that, thanks to BIJOL products, they have joined the elite among those whose passion is delicious cuisine and who know how to prepare it like expert gourmets! BIJOL: for good taste, food presentation and good business! Copyright 2008 Bijol®

In addition you have sofrito in the recipe ingredients but used fresh cilantro, wouldn't you need some more ingredients to make it into a classic sofrito for the recipe? Please clarify on both inquiries thank you. Peace...Jorge.

I take the meat and season it with a little bit of adobo and garlic powder, then take a spoonful of flour and mix it well with the meat. Heat up olive oil, about 2tsp and brown the meat first. By doing this the meat will be much tender. After that add whatever ingredients you'd like. I like to add potatoes, diced tomatoes and carrots.
