Lore headcanon: The Watcher's Sensory Stone text implies that her peer went missing and stopped reporting back to their sect about the Spire. If this character inspired the watcher, could the 'disciple' be that missing peer? But, this goes deeper. The disciple looks very tentacle like and has powers related to retaining cards, slow and haste. Their form (oracle form, seen in a potion Frost gets at 46:09) seems to be to do with predicting the future. They also have an end screen with turning clocks like time eater. Finally, time eater has unique dialogue with the watcher (never liked you). So, I have a theory. The disciple is in fact in the lore of slay the spire. They were a peer of the watcher. They entered the spire, but fell to it, becoming the time eater as the heart corrupted them. When their reports stopped coming, the watcher was sent to find out what happened to them and finish their job of evaluating the spire. EDIT: The sensory stone watcher text for reference: SERENITY. Two primitive creatures fight over a carcass on the side of the road. You observe, devoid of emotion. Watch. Remember. Live. This is the Watcher's mission. Recently, one of your peers had stopped reporting on their assignment: a Spire of unknown origin. As the fight ends, you continue onward, unfazed by the bloody scene that took place.

Silver sights was so out shined by the burn build that frost didn't realize how op it is. Here's an example to explain the 20 times the amount of temp relics card (I'll do 5 for this example) would do 50 damage through it's damage itself but then do 10+20+30+40+50 damage through mark i played silent with silver sight and had a strength relic as well with the card that does 3x5 damage normally and silver sight carried

I'm trying to parse everything going here. So it's (presumably) the disciple that the watcher is searching for right? That is (presumably) eventually turned into time eater. But it was made before the watcher?

Ok killing the first form of the awakened one to avoid the glitch was 100% not a scam but killing the second phase was 100% a scam (you would have killed it anyways but there wasn't a reason to cheat the second phase)

Wasn't a huge fan of slay the streamer but with almost nothing but the base game challenge runs that I really find the base game not as interesting to watch (just with years of watching or playing it) I'm now enjoying these a lot more just due to being modded content

Thought you seriously crippled yourself on this one. It's a very specialized Mod Character and really seems to need its starting Cards and starting Relic. But it all worked out in the end, and the exploitation of the Burn mechanic was cleaver.
