All i wanted was R-rated movie that I waited over 8 years and scary Security Breach with good villains. If I could meet Scott I would slap him (not literally) for ruining one of the best game lores out there. FNAF lore ended for me at UCN. FNAF world is my fav game even that he hate his best creation.

I can't understand why taping the jaw on would cause it to be more dangerous unless the improper fastening of the jaw would cause it to fly off and become a projectile. If anything the jaw would become safer as the jaw would break off from the child's skull.

Maybe they were restraining bolts which was holding back the bite pressure, which then caused it to clamp down? Or maybe it damaged the spring lock and that caused it to clamp down?
