As an American I find that most Filipinos don’t understand our sarcasm and sense of humor. It took my wife awhile to learn how I was. As far as age gap she is 37 and I’m 59 and it works well. I’m looking forward to coming back to Naga in August and enjoying the beauty that it has to offer. Keep up the great interviews guys. You are without a doubt my favorite KZbin channel to watch. Filipino's are more straight forward slap stick comedy. I think the problem with understanding American humor/sarcasm is they don't have a full grasp of English like Americans. Our humor twists words to mean other things and they take words literally, we combine multiple subjects in 1 humorous joke and without knowing all the different topics it refers to it's not funny to them.

I’ll presume your not mixing with modern city Filipino…they very much get western humour and sarcasm, my fiancée gets me 100%.. but she is from Manila and worked for several US banks ..you’ll find Filipino mixing in these industries in the bigger cities are far easily streamlined into a foreigner/Filipina relationship.

I think it's a matter of who is better at behavior; makes all the difference.. There are bad apples on both sides, but the ones who treat the others with respect despite differences, actually end up being known better

Your content is excellent. I think it's important to understand each other's cultures to take time out to get to know each other everyday. So the key word is everyday. You have to get to know each other. Every day you learn something new about each other. You should have a lot to talk about it if you're going to be afrabout everyone to different countries. You know what you're likes? And dislike are and compromise in a relationship. And go with it honest. Go on the relationship honest about what you want and everything should work out. In any part of the Philippines, you'll find a wonderful lady. It all depends on the individual and their upbringing. But from my personal experience, being born and raised in Bicol, there's many traditional Filipinas here.

Its truly amazing the difference between Filipinas and North American women. Theres about a 1% chance a 25 year old North American women would date a healthy 65 year old man but Filipinas are so loving and kind that same mans chances go up dramatically in find a loving relationship with a much younger woman. Although my wife is younger there is only 11 years difference between us and we are both very happy that we found eachother. Take care guys and thanks for another great video.

I disagree with the 25 & 65 in America. I've known a number of couples with that type of difference in America. Maybe a slightly higher percentage of Filipina are willing but there are a lot more Filipina not interested than these vlogs lead one to believe.

I think that 1% is being VERY generous, and that percentage would ONLY consider it for the multi millionaire. Even then she wouldn't be loyal, faithful, or trustworthy.

My last girlfriend in the USA was a 22 year old law student that looked exactly like Alyssa Milano at that same age. I was thirty seven years old. She now owns her own very successful law firm. While in school, she stayed with her family as her father owned a successful company that made airport runways everywhere in the country. Big dough there. I was going through a divorce at the time and working in a pharmacy as a pharmacy technician. Small money there. I lived in an apartment where I raised two children with majority custody. Having traveled the world for close to sixteen years now I would say confidence has more to do with it. Games and I go...their loss.Anyways, I'm glad this law student had the confidence to date me. I'm different than most. You need to relax and do more life skill research is all I'm trying to say.

Facebook?;) Facebook data is FREE in ph for allmost everyone. Free=does not use data usage. Tik tok is also free in most telecompanie bundles. KZbin data is free in many bundles. So therefor you will see filipinas mostly in those selected few apps. Because most other online will use data. And data costs money.

Looks like some of the ladies were ashamed to say they wouldn't date the older man, they shouldn't be, it's understandable to want to be with someone closer in age that has more things in common with them. I'm sure none of the older gentlemen watching aren't judging you for it, they know and understand that as well. Just keep in mind ladies, those younger guys lack the maturity, wisdom, leadership, worldly knowledge, financial stability, and faithfulness that the older men have. Those younger guys aren't looking for anything serious, they're just looking for what they can get right now and move on when they've gotten it. How many times do you need to get hurt before you realize those younger guys may not have been such a good decision, and some older men are no longer interested because of your past? Average life expectancy in ph: 69 yr old. Average life expectancy in some european countrues: 83+ years. So 65 white man is equal to 50 yr old filipino. Maybe as healthy as 45 yr old filipino.

No women with self worth 18-35 would date a 65 year old, the only ones who would either want an easier life, visa or money. In 10 years at 75 that man would be limited in movement, be very slow, physically and mentally and be one major illness from being imobile or dead and the women would be in the prime of her life, why would she date someone that's possibly older than her grandfather......

Nope, that maybe the case some times but it's really wrong of you to make a statement like that, because some of the most successful and accomplished men in the world are in their 60s, many of Americas most famous men are in their 60s now and most women would make an exception for them, so there are exceptions to every Rule and while a 65 year old forienger who goes to the Philipines may not actually be a celebrity, he could still be as attractive as one to the right girl, if he's tall, fit, charming, with a big nose and blue eyes, some girls really fall in love with guys like that.

Questions! Is a Filipino, that's born of Philippines parents and brought up in Canada or the USA, considered a foreigner when visiting the Philippines? Is a Philippines born baby boy, but adopted to Australian parents, when returning to the Philippines as an adult a foreigner? Does foreigner specifically mean someone with different nationality, not Philippines born, or not having 2 Philippines parents. Just food for thought 😅. I can imagine that children born in Kota kinabalu Malaysia from Philippines parents, that speak tagalog but have Malaysian citizenship, wouldn't necessarily see themselves as foreigners when visiting Palawan Island just a short distance from Kota kinabalu Malaysia. Sometimes it's easier to imagine foreigner as being naturally from far away or different continent. Isn't it ironic that a foreigner can decide to live in the Philippines for over 30 yrs, but realistically still be considered a foreigner simply base upon appearance despite 30 years of learning and adapting to the Philippines culture. 🙏 ☺.
