I bought a Ninja Foodi and it arrived without the advertised instruction booklet & recipe book, without these items it was hellish to operate. Worse still, it was broken. The air fryer was non-functional(a common issue, so it would seem). I'd spent a lot of money on it and therefore decided to return it for a refund, which was a faff also. I replaced it with a Drew & Cole Cleverchef (not the Pro), and I have not looked back. It's reliable, easy to use, accessories are readily available and reasonably priced.

I would still buy the Ninja because of the extra functions like the air fryer, because these are large devices and most people wouldn't have room for the cheap one plus an air fryer too.
