It's funny because if you watch the trailer they talked about how there's puzzles and they talk about how there's different things in different play Styles then also the free-roaming is the best part about it been playing it for a while I love it

I really enjoyed this game. Story I wish was better as like you say, the dialogue was average to bad at times but in terms of gameplay and the world building, I loved it. Didn't mind the slow grind into the over the top action as I truly felt like I earned the firefights against a dozen robots

Cheers for the reviews as always 👊🏿, great comparison with Day's Gone in terms of story pacing, definitely got good as the game progressed but took a while to get to the meat of the story. Which isn't even necessarily a bad thing but it means there ends up being a lot of filler in between. The thing that studios love to do to make games longer 😩

@@TheGamer2323 Yep 😂, I definitely almost put the game down, but powered through it in the end. All in all a good game, awful pacing. But similarly to that mention of Day's Gone I feel like it's a game that will age decently with some small tweaks. Especially with some of the winding sections of the whole side story between Sergey & Katja and the twists in the end.

But yeah ultimately not a knock on the game. One of them games where you're like eh could've done better but still enough good to outweigh the bad, especially since the bad thankfully didn't turn out to be like outright poor gameplay mechanics and stuff.

I am a old man that actually have patience. No way I would give a game a 7/10 for a game to take 15 hrs to get good. I respect your opinion but I see 6/10 for me and no way I would buy this at $70. So I continue to trust the Australian bro. I will be honest. I think you were subconsciously kind to devs to give it a 7/10 if game mediocre until 15 hours later. I heard the game is really a typical 20 hr game unless you do a ton of side quest etc. I heard the open world is whack in general. This is a psn plus game for me. One of my most anticipated Games for a few years and yeah it was a slight let down with how much they overused the same puzzles and how God damn frequent... I give the game a 7.5, the exact rating I thought it was going to be years ago when I seen the first trailer. My expectations weren't high since Mundfish is a small foreign studio with a relatively small budget. Much worse has come out of Activision, Epic Games, EA, Ubisoft, Bethesda and even Take-Two Interactive for that matter -- from time to time. I don't do third-person camera view games and I don't do console only games, so kudos to Mundfish for keeping first person and PC gaming relevant as those are the only studios that I will financially and vocally support. That said, your opinions on the game are very important, because it will help smaller studios know which direction to take in future games.

See i was born in Russia i know the language and the culture now i live in Germany, the thing with the dialog is they clearly didn't have anyone who could translate the game properly what they did instead is they translated it word for word and my god does the dialog make no sense whatsoever, there is so much lost in translation it's crazy, they translated Russian sayings in English and expected it to make sense 🤣

I loved the game. I had fun. I didnt care about a slower pace. I really enjoyed the visuals and the universe they created. I want to see the other cultures around the world and how they have developed. I eant to see the USA and if the atomic heart project gets activated!? I loved the humor and jokes, I liked the sexual humor as well, Nora was fantastic and those ballerina twins! There is a good reason for crisp critters comment he makes. You are far to harsh on this game. I am going to purchase the game and the pass because they have 4 single player dlcs. I do wish they added coop though
