The quote for Annie's "Bit of an ass skin" references the scene where Donkey is about to be sold at the market of weird and magical things, when he starts talking while flying away, the guy at the desk says "He can talk?!" and for the quote they just replaced "He" for Annie's name. The "So retro" skin quote for Anton is a reference to a meme of a van that has a Super Mario Bros calcomany of the final boss with Bowser, where some sentences appear to form different dialogues when the van's side door closes or opens, and for making the sentences match, they made Bowser say "I outrank you in this scenario!" so when the van's door opens another different sentence appears. The "Anton's daughter" skin is actually something that has been since the trailers of the game, specifically from the one called "Life with Anton", where a guy who is presumed to be Anton says "You know, it's really hard to be a single dad. You're raising a little pink hedgehog girl", with this obviously referencing Amy Rose. The quote from "The Bat" skin for Annie makes a reference to a cutscene in Sonic Adventure 2, when Rouge tries to steal the Master emerald from Knuckles, she justifies herself saying the iconic line "All of the world's gems are mine to keep!" Other references that I remember but don't appear in this video are: The "Hey talking bell" skin for Anton makes reference to the bell boss of the game with the colors, but the quote is a reference to Batman: the animated series, episode 38 of the first season, where the prisoners of Arkham are singing the Jingle bells carol, but the Joker changes the lyrics and says "Jingle bells, Batman smells". The "Devil-ish" skin both for Anton and Annie makes totally reference to a KZbin video called "Mario.Exe Vs Gregory & Sonic - Fnaf Animation", where Mario in some point transforms and turns into purple, that's the reference for the colors of the skin, but the quotes also have the reference, because when Mario transforms, he talks to Sonic and the rest saying "'Im turning evil! (Anton's skin quote), you're not my friends anymore! (Annie's skin quote)". For Anton's "Trigger happy" skin, the quote is a reference to a character from Chrono Trigger, a singing robot who sings "They call me Gato, I have metal joints..." when you encounter him at some point of the game, but I don't know if Annie's skin makes reference to something else from the same game. The colors of the "Lamest guy ever" skin for Anton makes a reference to Danton, they guy that you always "accidentally hit" at some point of each level while he's fixing something, and for Annie, the "Better call..." skin makes reference to Dantons wife, Nina, she is the one that records all the process and details of your save file. The "Tis the season" skin for Anton is a sentence that completes with the quote "...to be angry", being a reference to the "Tis the season to be jolly" christmas carol, the same happens for Annie, but her quote says "to be Annie?". The quote from the "Wild" skin for Anton MAYBE, just maybe, makes a reference to a meme, the quote says "Crazy! Insane! Diabolical even!" and I think it references that meme with the sentence "Balls, nuts even". The quote in the "Neonton" skin for Anton may be a reference to a meme from SpongeBob, the skin quote says "Look at you, all bright and colorful" and the reference would be to the Spongebob meme "Look at you, so long and happy. Where did the years go?" The "Platinum Anton" and "Platinum Annie" skins seem to simply make reference when you get the Platinum of a game when you complete all of its achievements. The "Raider" skin for Anton makes a sentence with the quote of the skin, "Raider of the Blast Park", this is a reference to "Raiders of the Lost Ark" title of one of Indiana Jones' movies, the Annie version may be referening something else, but I don't get what it is. And... that's all I found by myself, damn this was more tedious than I thought it would be, but worth it. I'm totally sure there are even more references that I don't know about, but I hope this helps!

ok so: OG Red Guy in 3:35 is actually a nod to Anton's original design before he was named Anton and was just "Red Guy" that Tony used for a pfp at one point and he didn't have the shading like Anton does, which Tony would later use in Antonball Classic and gave him the name Anton because he looks like a Anton. One thing i noticed that you missed was for the skin Blastworld which is a reference to a classic PS1 game called Oddworld. Anton is supposed to look like Abe and his description "Follow me!" Is in reference to the game's mechanic of Gamespeak. Annie is supposed to look like a common enemy in the game known as Sligs. Her deacription is based on some characters in the Oddworld series calling Abe a "Blue Bastard" (but in this case it's Red Bastard cause it's Anton.)

Something that I found about the Gameball advance outfits is that Anton's description "how could you ?" may reference one of the quotes in Super Mario Advance 1 where defeating the Red Birdo prompts her to say "how could you ?". And for Annie's costume, the description says "who are you ?" reference one of Nintendo's campaign during the consoles life span as well as the Gameboy advance "who are you ?" edition. Really liked all little nods that the costumes had in the game, and while some of them are not really appealing, just reading the names and descriptions for them is funny as heck.

Maybe Metal Anton is a reference to Metal Mario color-wise, but the fact you get it in the Crimson Factory stage just screams Metal Sonic from Sonic CD. You have more focus on background jumping and the fact you unlock this costume in a race with a mole, which also gets destroyed at the finish line.

The Anton's daughter was a great reference it's a double one. Back to the trailers from summit "Ya know, it's tough being a single dad, having to raise a little pink hedgehog." As well as being the character, glad they went full swing to the references being based on a lot of people's childhood cartoons, games, and possibly the KZbinr that was "A.V.N". As it should be a blast, to the past. Using the joke "what if Wario Land and crash bandicoot had a child." And the result was AntonBlast, some did refer to antonball as well, it's a fun game reference to"Mario Bros." Where you have to bump the bars above to trip enemies to kick off stage, regarding the punchball section and another one where you act as a paddle board for the main part of the game, best Easter egg was Paul the average red guy. _gotta find him in blast, a set amount of times to play as him he doesn't have unique animations but it's hilarious against the Satan boss fight, you'll see._

- Annie's SS Syrup sprite is an homage to Captain Syrup, but her color arrangement is closer to Wario's sprite from Wario Land III (notably from his hat to her hair). - This is just my conjecture, but the "Dad's Suit" name is probably based off of an anecdote from Tony Grayson in his discord server, where it's implied that Crash is his dad because Anton's eyes were drawn the same way. So it's like "because he has his eyes". However, there is another anecdote where Tony also said that he himself is "Anton's dad" so take that as you will.
