These headphones do have volume control, it is configured from the Xiaomi application in gestures. By picking 2 or 3 times you can increase or decrease the volume

I have both. I tend grab the earfun more but prefer caps touch control cause earfun tiny circles be missing. Earfun can get louder by a little but same level of anc. I do think that the caps have a clearer sound on music. Both mics are very good but earfun wins on wind but not by much. Caps control schemes are groups not fully customizable

I don't think of these as the Android equivalent to Apple Airpod Pros. To me, that's the Oppo Enco X2. The X2s have the same balanced/flat signature sound like Apple. The Xiaomi buds 4 pro, Oneplus buds pro 2, and Jbl live pro 2 are the upper tier bass versions of Apple. Oh, and the Xiaomi buds 4 pro are not worth $200 and something dollars.🙄

I just picked these up and after finagling a different set of ear tips on them I was able to get the ANC to operate at full strength and I gotta say it's pretty good. However, for the life of me I cannot get them to download the latest firmware and cannot access LDAC. Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so how did you fix them? It's driving me nuts. Thanks! 👍

There's zero, I mean zero chance of someone going to a physical store or online to put $300 in these earbuds. It's just the Redmi Buds 4 Pro under another name and 5 times more expensive. Xiaomi put this price on these earbuds because they are part of the gifts offered when pre-ordering a Xiaomi 13 / 13 Pro (sold excessively expensive) to give customers the impression that they have made a good deal, since they receive ''gifts'' of $300 earbuds + a TV ''worth'' $300-$400. People will therefore have the false impression of having paid €1300 - €700 therefore €600 for the smartphone, which is completely false.
