Just make a big table to put your engine stuff, you can do that guys, it’s not rocket science. You can’t do engine disassembly on sand, it’s unprofessional and it won’t last. Putting old (unmachined) cylinder head with old valves on an engine block that has pistons with new rings is not very smart. You will still be losing compression. Also, not using torque wrench and just guessing is silly also. Punching new holes in head gasket using screwdriver with no regard where the debris goes...it could plug up oil passages. Were the valves adjusted? Looks to me they were not. But I do respect the will and the passion.
