Just make a big table to put your engine stuff, you can do that guys, it’s not rocket science. You can’t do engine disassembly on sand, it’s unprofessional and it won’t last. Also you have to use a torque wrench for right specifications. You can’t operate like the mechanic of 1933, things have changed.

Putting old (unmachined) cylinder head with old valves on an engine block that has pistons with new rings is not very smart. You will still be losing compression. Also, not using torque wrench and just guessing is silly also. Punching new holes in head gasket using screwdriver with no regard where the debris goes...it could plug up oil passages. Were the valves adjusted? Looks to me they were not. But I do respect the will and the passion.

@@samkitty5894 Some of these engines are 30 years old or more...the repair intervals are not long, but very cheap...it's always worth having them repaired every few years...and the vehicles run for much longer than in the West/East. The Africans will have a problem when this generation of engines dies out. Of course, this is not possible with today's engines....
