Great video! I do these all the time and never remove the fuel line. I just unscrew the fuel line from the back mount on the manifold and that creates enough slack to slide the manifold over.

Thank you sir for the video. Did you have to remove any other bolt that you didn't show. Because I did exactly as you show here, but the manifold hardly moves. I think there must some other bolts on the opposite side of the manifold, perhaps behind the throttle body? Thanks
@TheGAutomotiveAndMore2 жыл бұрын
Did you remove the studs ? If you did not the manifold will not move back. It is possible that I missed showing a bolt. Sorry.

Thx for the video. There’s a crankshaft position sensor under that starter...if one is doing this job themselves that may be something to do while in there. Do you think it’s a good idea to replace that hose going into the back of the manifold? The one where you showed using a screwdriver to get it out.
@TheGAutomotiveAndMore5 жыл бұрын
Yes that would be a good idea because that hose gets brittle and you will probably brake it when you that it off. I was just lucky that the hose didn't brake on me. Thanks for watching
