Who is this Graham Bensinger anyway, I'm 64 years old and been a sports fan all my life and have never heard of him. Did he win the Badminton championship or something like that? He's got the sense of humor of a toad, loosen up kid and take the stick outta your ass ! Oh and put Pete in the Hall, hardest working man baseball has ever seen !

They keep criticising Pete for what he did back in the late 80's. ....Like a broken record after a while. He needs to be in the HOF, period for what he did on the field..like someone else here said. Yeah, he bet on the team, but let it go, quit repeating it over & over like a broken record already. NO one is perfect, only Jesus Christ is.

Who did he really hurt? Nobody really. The guy just got caught. He may have been a jerk, don't really know. Put him in the hall of fame before he croaks.

The Hall of Fame and baseball should get the fuck over it and put him in. If they put people who did roids then they should put him in.

I have this to say, and that is there is no place @ all for any activity that fixes any sport, because the truth is that Pete Rose did something that has real bad potential for other problems to occur in the future, which is what is wrong with Pete Rose being in the Baseball Hall of Fame! Now yes I do agree with have Orenthal James Simpson being tossed out of the Football Hall of Fame for the domestic violence regardless of the murder trial that was in the news @ the time it occurred!
