I’ve had what seems like posterior fascia tightening on right and I really feel it with pain and inflexibility when I try to go into a down dog, I can feel super tight with pain in Si and low back down through butt and lateral hamstring. I’m down dog I have to bend knees so that there not too much tension. You said in last sitting pose for one to just sit in position for longer time, do I do this with minimal pain and for how long and what’s best way to incrementally fix this super tight posterior chain thanks in advance , if I could get on the right path for this it would be the most amazing thing
