I have had life long knee issues. This is the first video that I have found that I can not only stick to, but I have actually felt improvement. I’m less afraid of taking stairs. Thank you!

Hi Rachel! I have not had a knee replacement but on tonight's walk my knee was a little stiff so when I got home I thought I'd try this without the chair. It was just the thing! I'm going to recommend it to my friends who HAVE had knee replacement. I've got a lot of them doing your various knee workouts and everyone loves them. Thanks for another great video! Love the music.

Thank for this routine Rachel. I'm 7 weeks post TKR and having surgery my other knee in a few months. I was doing pilates prior to surgery and love that there's a routine I can do at this stage. This is just the right length...and I love the calming clips of sunny Brighton 🌞

Having had a TKR this year and 2 falls I still do not have my balance as I did prior! It’s been a year now and I will put this workout in my routine and hopefully regain that balance. Thank you for this!

Hi, I’ve had two knee replacements within a year, still don’t feel I have enough movement as they stiffen up very quickly, this is really helpful, I can feel the improvement already!

That is wonderful, I am so pleased to hear you feel better for it. The knees do tend to stiffen up quite quickly post op so if you can squueze this in 3-4 times a week for the next month you should really start to feel signifcant improvement. Well done for doing it, keep up the great work 🤗
