I have to admit I have been remiss with my pilates workouts the last few months. I rededicated myself today and grateful I did. It reminded me how much your classes challenge and strengthen my balance and core muscles. Thank you Rachel for all the variety of classes you offer to keep me engaged and strong at 72!

That was challenging, especially trying to watch and copy you on my iPad😂I’ve hurt my neck doing that - but this was excellent core session-I just have to put my hand on the wall instead of behind my head when we swing our left leg back and forth (my right side is the ataxia/balance deficit side, so never know where I might end up if I don’t hang on…😬🫨🥴), makes it important to keep up my core strength, so thank you for the challenge!😊❤

That was hard. Could not do that roll ups. But I did not give up so I used my Mini Ball for Support. I will put that on my list and will do it more often ❤

I find them very hard also. I started putting a small neck pillow behind my lower back. I still struggle some but can manage with the pillow. I am hoping as my core strengthens I will eventually be able to manage without the pillow.

Just done this class the last two days having felt very uncomfortable with a stage 1 prolapse of the bladder after too many squats in a keep fit class! I always do too much!! Do you have or could you consider making a video of a full exercise routine which is totally safe for a minor prolapse such as mine? No squats or lunges, I suspect!!

It worked better for me to roll up with legs bended. They descend going back but is easier to roll up than. I felt for the first time contracting the lower abdominals. THanks for this😍🤩😍

This was a tough one Rachel. My arthritis has been giving me trouble so I did some warmups before I started the video. With your warmup, it helped loosen me up. I managed most reps of 10 with everything. With the exception of wide leg rocking, did only 5, and legs over head only did 3. But as you always say, keep trying, and do what you can. I certainly feel I accomplished a good workout 👍👍
