So I didn't think I was going to like this, having done Yoga years ago and found it a bit 'slow' for me, but how wrong was I? I love, love, love the mix. Really stretched me in places I didn't know existed, so, so good. I've repeated this every other day (muscles definitely know I've done a routine and need a bit of recovery!). Please, please do some more combined. One of my absolute favourites. Brilliant, thank you.

Due to an appointment I couldn't miss for my son yesterday, I have just completed 1/10/2024 month Challenge today, beautiful stretch, as I heal from falling twice Christmas week, it was a little challenging in the movements on the right knee, but hung in there and I am so GRATEFUL to you and these exercises! I'm off to do today's 1/11/2024 ❤❤❤❤❤❤U

Hi Rachel, I'm enjoying your challenge here in Brisbane Australia. I started a week later so am only up to day 10 today (17th). I laughed to myself at some of the poses where I am dripping with perspiration onto my mat and making it slippery. Don't suppose you have that problem in UK!! Rachel, I am excited to give this new workout a try! Mostly, I do the standing only routines for a couple of reasons. I have quite a lot of arthritis in my hands and wrists. Leaning on my hands is far too painful. I also have Parkinson’s disease and my left hand no longer opens all the way. I wonder if you have any suggestions, for how to do mat work with this problem.

Totally understand about your challneges, my advice would be to do what you can, leave out what doesn't feel good for you and with your left hand, if weight bearing like a cat exercise, can you make a fist and do it that way? If not just do what you can, I'll continue to think of options for you xx

So glad you enjoyed it, the piegeon pose is a challenge I know, leave it out if it's too uncomfortable for you or youcan try the option I suggested in the session byjust opening your knee out witrhout putting any weight on it, or trying to get down to the mat. As long as you get a little stretch and no pian xx
