Me and my entire bloodline are from Adana I saw and eat that food more than i see my friends or eat anything else i see so many people try to make it but fail miserably and you my friend are actually THE ONE who actually managed to do it it looks so simple (which is definitely not) but you got all the tricky parts right and i have to say that looks fricking delicious and nicely traditionally done big up to you bro i just loved it ❤🎉

green hot/cayenne pepper is more delicious than those big red sweet peppers, so, we Turks prefer to use green peppers to make kebabs and lahmajun(so, those big red peppers dont have priority at original versions of original Turkish foods). We use pepper paste(made of that big red sweet peppers) at some kebabs.

Capia peppers are only added as cost saving. Original recipe is just ground meat, ground fat, salt, pepper flakes and pepper dust.

In adana it is made traditionally with pide bread. The bread really makes a difference in the taste as well.

İt looks fantactis and i believe it taste also amazing. For kebab we use more thin materyal named (lavaş) and also we dont like to mix salad and meat. Salad will make the kebab cold also meat heat will make the salad lose juice. We wrap the meat around like a layer than keep rolling.
