Darren Shand, much respect & appreciation, Manager of the All Black's for twenty years +(20 years+). I love the AB's & an avid loyal supporter & fan. I'm envious of your position you held & being right in amongst one of the greatest best rugby team in the world. You would have seen the highs, lows & the rewards of the AB's journey. Hopefully you can write a book of your journey with the AB's. That'll be amazing to read.

GBRANZ has had some of the best Rugby chats I’ve ever heard and it’s only been around for a few months. So good.

I remember shands appearance at the 2013 ellis park test where he had to explain to nigel owens the team sheet was wrong.😂 legend. 🐐

Really enjoyed this episode! So fascinating to hear about the business side of things, and the discussion of the "legends" brought in to chat to the team. The episodes keep getting better and better!

People like Shandy are the unsung heroes of our rugby World Cup successes. Part of the fabric of why the ABs brand is so so successful. Ask the players & im sure they’ll tell you! Top top bloke! 🙌🏾💪🏾

That was a great show, Mr Darren Shand gets my shout for an encore 🖤, Had heard of JPauls Buckingham Palace experience before, good on him for not keeping it hush, hush, he looked slightly reluctant to say it, he was young - with his mates, it's a hard case story. He must have a few more too, with a name like Ming the Merciless!!

You can't help but draw parallels between Marshall's experience and what happens in the business world.

With Marchie next to him he would have been called -out straight away if he was bullshiting …..just realize how important his job and pressure to have it all together for the AB at home and on tour.

Typical of Marshall to turn the discussion back to what happened to him. It’s not always about you, mate. I know that’s impossible for your ego to accept, but give it a rest. We’ve heard more than enough about how great you are, mostly from you. Those days are long gone. Just do the fecking interview.

Stealing cutlery from Buckinham Palace is wild lol. That's why the allblacks pick people over players. You can't be pulling that shit. Though in saying that. Colesy probably has a whole dinner set 😂

Exactly!!! An Admin guy who understands the complexities of running a business and hence why he beat out great All Blacks like Sean Fitzpatrick, Andy Dalton & Andy Haden for the role!!!
