Could listen to Joe talk all day long, one of the games greatest characters and so good to see him in a place where he’s happy to share some of that character with us. Epic performance on the weekend and all the best for Saturday Joe.

You guys need to interview Manu, Tindall and Haskell played with him, there should be some great back and forth and stories to share.
@Alex-pt5no3 жыл бұрын
Manu, in my opinion is not a good interviewee. He doesn't seem to be comfortable expressing himself, which is fair enough having only moved to UK at 12. Would just end up an hour of Tindall and Haskell describing what a beast Manu is.
@dbjmk80833 жыл бұрын
@@Alex-pt5no Mako was on and I thought he was kinda boring. I think Manu would have some interesting stories about growing up in Samoa, being the youngest Tuilagi brother, his battles with injuries, Tinds and Haskell would be good interviewers imo.
@Alex-pt5no3 жыл бұрын
@@dbjmk8083 Fair mate. I heard Manu on other podcasts and very similar vibe to Mako. Whereas Billy V I thought on GBR was pretty interesting.

I want a buddy cop movie starring Marler and Haskell. Where we realise despite his best efforts, half way through that Haskell is the straight man/serious one. Payno can be the reporter telling the tale of our intrepid duo, and Tindall as the villain. Directed by Taika Waititi
@richardwynne65963 жыл бұрын
Joe is very careful with what he says when cameras are on him and clearly distrusts journalists. Tinds and Hasks facial expressions show they know the real Joe.

Listen and listen very carefully. There is no one like Joe in American sports. This dude would mesmerize North American sporting Culture. He would put asses in seats. Please MLR make an offer for this guy. Houston Sabercats chose him out of all players they wanted to see at the club. And he said 'Let's talk'. North America is yours Joe. 🇺🇸🇨🇦🏴🏉

Good show you guys, being from the southern hemisphere I don't know that much about your guest but he seems like a hard case. I know people exactly like him, they aren't weak or insecure by any means, but usually hiding a bit of pain behind their humour and don't like to take a compliment! Anyway, (hope I'm wrong there) great show in general thank you. 🏴 PS Fuck some of the comments on here, you guys have great TWI (cohesion) and know your stuff, think it's a pommy thing to complain. Haven't been there but the fkn Barmy Army came over here (NZ) with the cricket early 2000's when I was working in a popular bar in the city and thats where I got that idea from! All good though but they liked to moan a bit X :)
